The right tool for what's actually holding you back.
Every session is built around you. Most combine two or three of the tools below, chosen after we talk about what's going on.

Body Tempering
Starting at $55
Heavy rollers, guided with specific techniques, work deep into large muscle groups or zero in on individual knots, all through your clothes. Deep tissue results with tools, and a uniquely calming experience.
Good for
- Dense, tight legs, hips and back from training or long shifts
- People who want deeper pressure than a typical massage
- Anyone who'd rather stay clothed

Sports & Deep Tissue Massage
Starting at $110
Focused, purposeful massage from a licensed massage therapist who also understands training and movement. Includes myofascial release and trigger point work for the knots and tight bands that cause pain elsewhere.
Benefits
- Bounce back faster. Helps tight, overworked muscles recover between training sessions, games and shifts, so you show up feeling ready instead of beat up.
- Move more freely. Releasing tight areas can improve how comfortably you move, whether that's a squat, a golf swing or reaching overhead at work.
- Fewer recurring knots. Trigger point and myofascial work go after the tight bands that keep coming back and can send pain to other areas, like neck tension that turns into headaches.
- Better blood flow. Hands-on work increases circulation to the areas that need it, which helps them feel warmer, looser and less stiff.
- Stress relief you can feel. Massage helps your body shift out of "go" mode. Many people leave calmer, clearer and sleeping better.
- Know your body better. You'll learn where you hold tension and what's driving it, so you can stay ahead of it between visits.
Good for
- Recovery from hard training, games or physical work
- Knots and tightness that keep coming back
- Stress and tension you carry in your neck, shoulders and back
What it feels like
Firm and focused, but always adjusted to you. Relaxing when you need it, deeper where it counts.

Graston Technique
Add-on +$25 to any session
Smooth, contoured stainless-steel instruments glide over the skin to find and work on specific areas of restriction. The instruments let me feel changes in the tissue and work on them precisely.
Benefits
- Pinpoint accuracy. The steel instruments pick up small changes in the tissue, so I can find and treat the exact spot that's restricted instead of working around it.
- Help for overuse aches. Commonly used for tennis and golfer's elbow, tight forearms from gripping, shin and Achilles tightness, and the bottom of the foot.
- Unstick stubborn areas. Helps tissue that feels "stuck" after an old injury or years of repetitive work glide and move more freely again.
- Gets more done with less effort. The instruments reach stubborn spots efficiently, which is why it works so well as an add-on to a massage or tempering session.
- Changes that stick. Graston is paired with simple movement or stretches afterward so the improvement carries over into training and daily life.
Good for
- Overuse areas like elbows, forearms, knees, shins and Achilles
- Old injuries that still feel "stuck"
- Stubborn spots that don't let go with hands alone
What it feels like
A firm scraping pressure. Some mild redness afterward is normal and fades quickly.

Cupping Therapy
Add-on +$25 to any session
Cups create gentle suction that lifts the skin and muscle instead of pressing down on it. Cups can stay in place or glide over an area, a nice contrast to deep-pressure work.
Benefits
- A different kind of release. Instead of pressing down, cupping lifts and gently separates layers of skin, fascia and muscle. Areas that don't respond to pressure often respond to this.
- Boosts blood flow. The suction draws fresh circulation into tight, tired areas, which helps them feel looser and less achy.
- Frees up restricted movement. Helps tight backs, shoulders, hips and legs move more comfortably.
- Gentle on sore bodies. A great option when you're too sore or sensitive for deep pressure but still want real relief.
- Deeply relaxing. Many people find cupping surprisingly calming, a nice reset for the mind as well as the body.
Good for
- Broad tightness across the back, shoulders, hips and legs
- Areas that feel "glued down" or restricted
- People who want relief without heavy pressure
What it feels like
A pulling, stretching sensation. Cupping can leave round marks that usually fade within a few days.

Sequential Leg Compression
Starting at $25
Air-filled sleeves on your legs inflate and release in a wave from feet to hips, helping move fluid out of tired legs. You simply lie back and let it work.
Benefits
- Lighter, fresher legs. Helps relieve that heavy, swollen, "dead legs" feeling after hard training, races, travel or long shifts on your feet.
- Supports circulation. The sleeves squeeze in a wave from your feet toward your hips, helping move fluid out of the legs and back toward your heart.
- Recover between sessions. Helps your legs feel ready for the next workout, game, match or shift, especially during back-to-back days.
- Before or after the big day. Use it before an event to feel loose and fresh, or after to help your legs recover.
- Real downtime. It's completely hands-free. You lie back and rest, which makes it a true break for your mind too.
Good for
- Heavy, tired legs after training, races or long days standing
- Recovery between back-to-back sessions or events
- Winding down. Plenty of people doze off.
What it feels like
A firm, rhythmic squeeze, like a slow leg massage. Easy and relaxing.
Not recommended if you have a history of blood clots, certain heart or circulation conditions, or open wounds on your legs. I screen everyone first.
